The choice is simple: Conservatism, or collapse.
Look around. The Left has gutted our culture, hollowed out our values, and turned men into weak, compliant boys. Marxists, socialists, and woke activists run wild, tearing down everything that made Britain great, family, faith, law, borders, and pride in our civilisation. Liberals and libertarians mumble about “freedom” while the mob burns down our cities and poisons our children’s minds. Freedom without order is anarchy. Freedom without virtue is decadence. Conservatism is the only philosophy that understands this truth: We defend what works. The free market built prosperity. Tradition kept families strong. Borders kept our nation safe. We protect what matters. Our wives, our children, our communities. We build men who stand for something. Men with strength, honour, and duty, not weaklings who fold at the first hashtag campaign. The Left promises utopia and delivers ruin. They tax, spend, regulate, and social‑engineer us into oblivion. Libertarians complain about “government overreach” while ignoring that a civilisation without order collapses under its own weight. Conservatism says “enough.” Enough welfare dependency. Enough open borders. Enough moral rot masquerading as “progress.” We stand for the family, the nation, and the market. We know freedom must be protected by strength, by duty, by men who refuse to bow. Britain doesn’t need more cowardly centrists or utopian dreamers. It needs men and women ready to defend what works, destroy what doesn’t, and rebuild the greatness that once defined us. If you want safety, prosperity, and dignity for the generations to come, be a conservative. Because if you’re not? You’re helping the Left burn it all down.Wednesday, 30 July 2025

Book review: A Capitalist Manifesto by economist Gary Wolfram
A Capitalist Manifesto (2012/2013) by economist Gary Wolfram aims to present capitalism as the economic system best aligned with individual liberty, social justice, and prosperity. It offers a readable introduction to microeconomic principles, economic history, monetary policy, and critiques of state intervention. Clear, engaging pedagogy Wolfram’s teaching background shines through, his explanations of concepts like marginal analysis, supply and demand, opportunity cost, and market equilibrium are concise and accessible. The style mimics his classroom lectures, entertaining and illustrative of real‑world relevance. Effective treatment of classical liberal ideas Wolfram draws on thinkers such as Bastiat, Mises, and Hayek: emphasizing unseen costs of government, the impossibility of central planning, and the importance of dispersed knowledge, tying them into constitutional ideas of negative liberty and free trade rooted in comparative advantage theory. Gateway to deeper thinking It can be seen as an entry point, providing a solid glossary and endnotes to encourage further exploration into both mainstream and Austrian economic literature. Too cursory in scope Wolfram's brevity becomes a liability when dealing with nuanced economic critiques. For example, he introduces the history of the corporation but doesn’t tackle core issues like the principal–agent problem in large firms. Similarly, GDP and CPI receive too brief a treatment given the rise of digital, “free” content models now common in economies. Incomplete coverage of macroeconomic disputes While he links inflation to money supply effectively, he falls short in explicitly engaging Mises’s theory of monetary pathologies, specifically the unequal distribution of new money. His policy preferences remain vague: does he support Friedman’s monetarism, a gold standard, or Hayek-style private currencies? Digital currencies like Bitcoin aren’t meaningfully explored. Underdeveloped critique of meritocracy’s blind spots Though Wolfram acknowledges market distortions, like entertainers earning far more than poets or philosophers, he doesn’t fully address whether true free markets make societies meritocratic over time, nor explore institutional distortions in education or cultural recognition. His argument would benefit from more practical proposals for merit-based social mobility. Style and presentation issues The book unevenly written, overly brief in places, redundant in others, has poor typesetting and the inclusion of an unrelated political‑thriller excerpt in the final third of the book. Verdict: Polemic or Primer? Wolfram intends A Capitalist Manifesto as a polemical defense, as well as an introductory primer, of capitalism. Its chief accomplishment lies in making basic economic arguments appealing to newcomers and liberty-minded readers. Yet for those seeking rigorous scholarship or engagement with strong counterarguments (e.g. from Keynesian, Marxist, or institutionalist schools), it's notably incomplete.

Stop Calling Them “Refugees”: The Dinghy Migrants Are Illegal, Not in Danger
Britain’s southern coastline is being invaded, not by desperate families fleeing war, but by young men with smartphones, designer clothes, and a sense of entitlement. They are not fleeing danger. They are shopping for a destination. And we, the British people, are paying for our own humiliation. Let’s be clear: these migrants are not coming straight from warzones. They are arriving from France, a safe, wealthy, first-world nation with a welfare state, functioning courts, and human rights protections. The moment they stepped onto French soil, they were safe. If their aim were true asylum, they would claim it there. But they don’t. Because their goal is not safety, it’s Britain’s generous benefits, housing, and lax enforcement. Every dinghy crossing is illegal. There is no “grey area” here. British law is explicit: asylum must be claimed at the first safe country you reach. Travelling through multiple safe countries, destroying documents, and paying criminal smugglers to ferry you across the Channel is not “seeking refuge”. It’s forum-shopping for the best welfare package. And look at who’s coming. The vast majority are young men of fighting age. Where are the wives, the children, the elderly? If their homelands were truly so dangerous, why aren’t they staying to protect their families? These are not helpless victims, they are economic opportunists exploiting our softness and our political cowardice. The Left trots out the same tired clichés: “no one risks their life in a dinghy unless they’re desperate!” Wrong. People take risks when the reward is big enough. And Britain, thanks to weak borders and endless taxpayer-funded handouts, has made the reward irresistible. Free housing, free healthcare, cash benefits, and zero chance of deportation, who wouldn’t jump on a dinghy? This isn’t compassion. It’s national suicide. Every illegal migrant that makes it here sends a message back home: Britain is open, Britain is weak, Britain will roll over. And every time we allow it, more smugglers profit, more boats launch, and more lives are put at risk, not by “persecution back home”, but by our own failure to defend our borders. Stop the lies. Stop the hand-wringing. The dinghy migrants are not refugees. They are not in danger. They are illegally entering our country, and they are laughing at a government too spineless to stop them. Britain is not a hostel. It is a sovereign nation. Act like it. Turn the boats back. Detain and deport. Make it clear that Britain will not be a free ride for anyone willing to break our laws. Because until we do, the invasion will continue and our leaders will have betrayed every honest citizen who still believes this island belongs to us.

Equality is a Lie: A Myth to Appease the Masses
The modern world worships equality as though it were a god, untouchable, unquestionable, beyond reproach. We are told that equality is the highest moral virtue, that every man, woman, and child is the same, deserving of the same outcomes, the same rewards, the same voice. But equality is not a virtue. It is a fairy tale for weak minds. Nature does not deal in equality. Look at the lion and the lamb. Look at the strong oak towering over the weeds. Some are born with strength, intellect, beauty, or talent. Others are not. This is life, brutal, unfair, real. But the Left cannot stand reality. So they invent myths. And the grandest myth of all is equality. The elites who peddle this myth know it is false. They live in gated communities, send their children to private schools, and hoard wealth and power. Yet they preach equality to the masses to keep them docile. “We are all the same,” they whisper. “Trust us. Give up your power. Let the State decide for you.” Equality is the carrot dangled before the donkey as the cart rolls toward tyranny. Equality does not elevate the weak; it punishes the strong. It drags down the exceptional to the level of the mediocre. It suffocates competition, breeds resentment, and destroys excellence. A society obsessed with equality cannot produce greatness, only sameness. History proves this. Every Marxist experiment, Soviet Russia, Maoist China, modern-day Venezuela, has promised equality. And every time, the result is the same: poverty, starvation, mass murder. The ruling class thrives while the people suffer equally, in misery. True justice is not equality. Justice is rewarding merit, honouring achievement, and recognising that hierarchy is natural and necessary. A man who builds, protects, and achieves should stand above those who do not. A society that pretends otherwise condemns itself to decay. Equality is a lie told to the masses to keep them compliant. It is the language of envy, the creed of weakness, the weapon of tyrants. The West once understood that greatness belongs to the strong, the brave, and the excellent. Until we remember that truth, we will continue to sink into mediocrity, ruled by hypocrites who chant “equality” while feasting on the fruits of our labour. Reject equality. Embrace excellence. Honour hierarchy. The future of civilisation depends on it.
Book Review: How to Be Right by Greg Gutfeld
Greg Gutfeld’s How to Be Right is not a polite guide to winning debates, it’s a punch in the face to the smug, hypocritical Left. Gutfeld understands something most conservative writers don’t: you don’t win by begging for civility. You win by being funnier, sharper, and far more ruthless than your opponent. This book is a masterclass in rhetorical warfare. Gutfeld takes the Left’s favourite weapons, moral superiority, victimhood, and fake compassion and turns them into punchlines. He exposes the hollowness of progressive posturing and shows why the Right needs to stop being defensive and start going on the attack. What makes this book powerful is its tone. It’s irreverent, biting, and refuses to give an inch. Gutfeld knows the Left can’t handle mockery, because their entire ideology collapses under laughter. He gives readers permission to ditch the dreary fact-check debates and instead ridicule the absurdity of woke culture, identity politics, and Marxist virtue-signalling. But How to Be Right isn’t just comedy, it’s strategy. Gutfeld lays out how conservatives can actually become culturally relevant again: by being bold, unapologetic, and entertaining. The Right loses when it plays boring hall monitor; it wins when it becomes the rebellious, anti-establishment force that young people actually want to listen to. The Left pretends to be edgy rebels, but they’re the establishment now. Gutfeld understands this and arms his readers with the tools to flip the script. It’s not about being “reasonable”; it’s about being right and winning the culture war with mockery, truth, and moral clarity. For anyone sick of seeing conservatives lose gracefully while progressives destroy Western civilisation, this book is essential. Gutfeld gives you permission to be what the Left fears most: confident, funny, and mercilessly right.

I Talk, I Joke, I Laugh, I Give Advice – But Be Careful When I’m Silent!
The modern world belongs to the loudmouthed weakling. Twitter activists, blue-haired Marxists, and soy‑fed “male feminists” can’t stop shrieking their every thought into the void. They think constant noise equals influence. They believe attention is power.
I can talk. I can joke. I can laugh. I can give advice. And I do, because a real man can speak, can lead, can guide others. But here’s the truth they don’t understand: when I go silent, that is when you should be afraid.
Silence terrifies the Left. They thrive on reaction, outrage, and dopamine‑hit arguments. They need you enraged, apologising, defending yourself. They can’t survive a man who sits, smiles, and says nothing. Because silence means control. Silence means discipline. Silence means you’ve already decided and you don’t need their permission.
A dangerous man doesn’t waste words. His voice is a weapon, not a nervous tick. Every word matters. And when he stops speaking, it’s because talk is over, and action is coming.
Marxists can’t stand that. They can’t cope with men who don’t seek approval. They melt when mocked, they rage when ignored, they cower when confronted with true strength.
So yes, I will talk. I will joke. I will laugh. I will give advice. But when I go silent? Understand this: I am not beaten. I am ready.
Because a real man’s power isn’t in his noise. It’s in his silence and in the storm that follows.
Fear the man who knows when to be silent. Because he’s the one who will break you.

People Should Not Be Afraid of Their Governments. Governments Should Be Afraid of Their People!
There is no tyranny more pathetic than the one that rules by fear. And yet across the so-called “free world,” fear has become the currency of modern governance. Watch your words. Lower your voice. Don’t ask that question. Don’t protest that decision. Smile. Obey. Submit. But this is not how free men live. “People should not be afraid of their governments. Governments should be afraid of their people.” This rallying cry, made iconic by V for Vendetta, is more than cinematic bravado, it is a fundamental truth of liberty. It is a statement of hierarchy. In a just society, the government is the servant, and the people are the master. Today, that order has been reversed and with it, the spine of the citizenry has been broken. The Rise of the Managerial Tyrant We are no longer governed by statesmen. We are managed by bureaucrats. Faceless, soulless, unelected. They govern not with rifles or bayonets, but with policies, algorithms, and fear. They wrap their control in the language of safety, tolerance, and progress, but make no mistake: it is still control. They tax your labour to feed themselves. They monitor your speech to protect their power. They flood your streets with crime, then disarm you for your “safety.” They lock you in your home and close your business, all in the name of public health. They censor, cancel, and deplatform because they fear ideas more than bullets. This is not freedom. This is feudalism in a digital mask. Fear: The Mark of a Slave When the people fear the government, tyranny has already taken root. A man afraid to speak is not free. A man afraid to protest is not free. A man afraid to think is not free. Fear is the mark of the slave. But here’s the ugly truth: most people have made peace with their chains. They prefer the warm prison of comfort over the cold air of liberty. They choose sedation over resistance. Netflix over honour. Compliance over courage. Stand Against the Lie, do will not bow. We do not fear our governments, because we are the ones who give them power. They rule only by our permission, and that permission can be revoked. Real men, free men, make governments fear them. Through numbers. Through unity. Through strength. Through defiance. Through their absolute refusal to be ruled by cowards, liars, and thieves. The French revolutionaries marched with pikes. The American colonists with muskets. The Polish Solidarity movement with courage. What have we got? Memes and petitions? That ends here. Make Them Fear Us Again The proper relationship between government and citizen is one of constant tension. Not trust. Not submission. Tension. Governments must be kept on a leash and occasionally reminded who’s holding it. We do this through strength. Intellectual. Physical. Moral. We do this by raising boys into warriors, not weaklings. We do this by building families, communities, tribes of the free. We do this by refusing to be polite when our freedom is trampled. Our forefathers spilled blood so we could speak. So we could protest. So we could live like kings under law. What will you do to honour that sacrifice? Governments should not rule us. They should fear us. Not because we are violent, but because we are ungovernable. We are not subjects. We are sovereigns. Let them tremble.
Book Review: Rise: In Defense of Judeo-Christian Values and Freedom by Brigitte Gabriel
Brigitte Gabriel’s Rise is not a book, it’s a war cry. A searing call to arms for all who still believe that Western civilisation, built on the bedrock of Judeo-Christian values, is worth defending. It’s a sledgehammer swung against the cultural suicide of the West, and it’s about time someone did it with this much fire. Gabriel pulls no punches. She names names. She lights up the cowardice of our political class, the appeasement of Islamic extremism, the Marxist rot spreading through our schools, media, and institutions. This isn’t polite discussion, it’s a declaration of survival. And that’s exactly what’s needed. The Left has spent decades poisoning the well. They’ve demonised Christianity, mocked patriotism, erased history, and opened the gates to ideologies utterly incompatible with freedom. Meanwhile, the so-called “silent majority” stays silent, shamed into submission by identity politics and cries of “bigot” and “Islamophobe.” Gabriel is done with silence. She’s loud. She’s angry. And she’s right. She exposes the infiltration of Islamist agendas under the guise of tolerance. She obliterates the myth that all cultures are equal. She slams the suicidal multiculturalism that’s hollowed out the West’s spine. Most of all, she reminds us what’s at stake: freedom of speech, freedom of religion, individual rights, everything that makes Western civilisation the best and freest in human history. Rise is a battle manual, a slap to the face of every complacent Western citizen who thinks civilisation runs on autopilot. It doesn’t. Civilisation must be defended, tooth and nail, generation by generation. Gabriel has seen firsthand what happens when it isn’t, she survived the collapse of Lebanon from a free, Christian democracy into an Islamic hellhole. She’s warning the West: you are next. Critics will call it alarmist. Good. Let them. Alarm bells are supposed to be loud. This is not a time for nuance. This is a time to choose: civilisation or collapse. Judeo-Christian values or cultural Marxism. Strength or surrender. Gabriel has chosen. And if the West has any desire to survive, so must we. Verdict: Read this book. Get angry. Get organised. And rise.

Book Review: The Romance of American Communism by Vivian Gornick
The Greatest Enemy of White, Working-Class Women Is White, Middle-Class Women
Let’s state a hard truth no one in polite society dares utter:
The greatest enemy of white, working-class women is not the patriarchy. It’s white, middle-class women.
These are the university-educated feminists sipping oat-milk lattes, flaunting their liberal arts degrees, and lecturing the world on privilege from their gentrified safe zones. They don’t lift a finger for working-class women. In fact, they loathe them.
They sneer at their accents. Mock their fashion. Roll their eyes at their traditional values. Then, with forked tongues, they claim to fight on their behalf, while pulling the ladder up behind them.
White, middle-class feminists have become the new aristocracy: gatekeepers of culture, language, and morality. They write Guardian think pieces about "empowerment" while demonising any white, working-class woman who marries young, has children, votes Conservative, or dares to believe in God and family. In their eyes, she's not “liberated.” She’s backwards. Uneducated. Dangerous.
Working-Class Women Don’t Need Saving, Especially Not by Them
White, working-class women work hard. They clean Britain’s hospitals, serve in its shops, raise its future. They suffer under crime, bad schools, and broken public services. But when they cry out, over grooming gangs, unsafe streets, or the decay of their communities, the middle-class feminists scoff. “Don’t be racist,” they hiss. “Check your privilege.”
Privilege?
White, working-class women haven’t seen a pay rise in years. Their communities are flooded, their voices silenced, their children shoved to the back of the queue. Meanwhile, their so-called “allies” are climbing social ladders by spewing elite ideology and cashing in on diversity panels.
What has mainstream feminism done for a working-class mum in Doncaster or Dagenham? Nothing. Except tell her she’s the problem.
Feminism Has Become a Class Weapon
Modern feminism isn’t about equality anymore, it’s about class control. It empowers middle-class women to seize power in boardrooms and universities while smearing their working-class sisters as bigoted, fat, stupid, or politically toxic.
When white, working-class women vote Leave, they’re “uninformed.” When they vote Tory, they’re “traitors to women.” When they say they want safe streets, they’re “fascists.”
They are only welcome at the feminist table if they shut up, nod along, and parrot the script of their social betters.
And here's the kicker: the middle-class feminist doesn’t want to share power. She wants to rule, culturally, morally, and socially. She wants to decide what “empowerment” means and punish any woman who disagrees.
Divide and Conquer
This is the oldest trick in the book: divide women by class, then control them. Middle-class feminists have forged an alliance not with their working-class sisters, but with the woke establishment, big media, academia, and NGOs. Together, they wage war on traditional womanhood. Not to liberate it. But to erase it.
In this war, white, working-class women are on the front lines. They bear the brunt of open borders, violent crime, and declining moral standards. But they’re told to shut up. Or worse, cancelled.
The Real Fight
If you’re a white, working-class woman, your real enemy isn’t your husband, your brother, or your faith. It’s the smiling feminist in a BBC blazer, who thinks she knows what’s best for you. Who despises you. Who claims to fight for you while building a world that excludes you.
Real solidarity doesn’t come from university podiums. It comes from shared struggle, loyalty, and respect. Middle-class feminism has none of those. Just contempt, cloaked in theory.
It’s time to stop pretending we’re all in this together. Because we’re not.
The sisterhood is a lie.

Book Review: Israel Alone by Bernard-Henri Lévy
This is not just a book, it’s a cry of defiance from one of the last intellectuals in the West who still remembers how to draw a line in the sand. Bernard-Henri Lévy’s Israel Alone is a firebrand defence of the Jewish state in a world where moral clarity has been traded for cowardly posturing and fashionable hatred. While the Left parades its anti-Zionism as virtue, Lévy torches the hypocrisy with unapologetic precision. He is not writing for applause. He’s writing for truth. And the truth is this: Israel stands almost entirely alone against a tidal wave of global slander, abandonment, and betrayal. This book shreds the liberal illusion that Israel’s critics are merely "concerned" with justice. They are not. They are complicit in an antisemitic hate movement dressed up in academic robes and progressive slogans. Lévy exposes them. The UN, the NGOs, the journalists, the campus mobs, he names and shames them as collaborators in a new blood libel, where Jews are once again cast as villains for daring to defend themselves. Lévy’s strength is not only his clarity of thought, but his refusal to bow to the false gods of neutrality and nuance. He knows we are not in an age of debate, but an age of decision. And the decision is this: stand with civilisation or collapse into barbarism. Stand with Israel, or be swept away with the mobs who chant for its destruction. While the world celebrates weakness and appeasement, Israel Alone reminds us that strength, courage, and loyalty still matter. Lévy praises Israel not just as a state, but as a symbol, of resistance, of survival, and of civilisational pride. In a continent that surrendered its backbone decades ago, Israel still fights. This book is a polemical dagger plunged straight into the heart of the West’s cowardice. And it’s about time. Verdict: Required reading for anyone serious about defending Western civilisation. A rallying cry for moral clarity in an age of moral rot. Lévy proves why we must never apologise for standing with Israel and why the Left must be exposed for siding with its enemies. If you call yourself a defender of the West, you either stand with Israel, or you are already on your knees.

Book Review: Dangerous Hero: Corbyn’s Ruthless Plot for Power by Tom Bower
Tom Bower’s Dangerous Hero isn’t a biography, it’s an exposé. A forensic, furious takedown of Jeremy Corbyn, the hard-Left ideologue who came within inches of power and would have wrecked Britain from the inside. It is a book every Briton should read, not because it’s pleasant, but because it’s necessary. Corbyn is painted, quite rightly, not as a kindly granddad with a jam-making hobby, but as a lifelong Marxist agitator obsessed with class warfare, wedded to anti-Western ideology, and surrounded by thugs, antisemites, and terrorist sympathisers. Bower’s central thesis is that Corbyn’s entire political career was built not on compassion, but on calculated ruthlessness, a man who cloaks himself in virtue while aligning with tyrants. The evidence is damning. Corbyn’s decades of cheerleading for the IRA, Hezbollah, and Hamas aren’t youthful misjudgements, they’re a pattern. His relentless support for regimes that hate Britain and despise freedom isn’t a bug; it’s a feature. Bower documents it all: the alliances with Stalinists, the tolerance of antisemitism, the disdain for liberal democracy. And he does it with names, dates, and unassailable receipts. Critics sneered that Bower was biased. Of course he is, against lies, against extremism, and against a man who would have turned the UK into a client state of the Corbynista cult. Bias is no sin when you’re right. And Bower is right. Corbynism was never about helping the poor. It was about smashing the system, destroying Britain’s heritage, and replacing it with a socialist dystopia. Bower exposes the cowardice of the media, the gullibility of the youth, and the rot within Labour that allowed Corbyn to rise. This is a political horror story. A warning. A battle cry. Read it not for entertainment, but as a survival manual for a nation that nearly surrendered to its enemies within. Verdict: If Orwell wrote political biography in the 21st century, this would be it. Bower doesn’t just assassinate Corbyn’s character, he buries the whole ideology. Bravo.

Book Review: Nazi Gold - The Full Story of the Fifty-Year Swiss-Nazi Conspiracy to Steal Billions from Europe's Jews and Holocaust Survivors by Tom Bower
Blood Money in the Vaults: How Swiss Banks Betrayed the Dead and Profited from Genocide There are crimes, and then there is evil. And Nazi Gold lays bare the latter in all its icy, calculated, and bureaucratised form. Tom Bower’s investigation isn’t just a forensic account of theft, it’s an exposé of how “neutral” Switzerland laundered the spoils of mass murder under the guise of banking discretion and national sovereignty. This is not merely a historical study. It is a moral reckoning. While Jews were being herded into gas chambers, Swiss bankers were sitting in panelled offices, accepting gold looted from Jewish homes, synagogues, and even corpses, gold teeth melted down and rebranded as financial assets. “Neutrality”? No. It was cold, complicit capitalism of the most grotesque kind: profit over people, gold over God. The most damning revelation? This wasn’t just a wartime crime, it was a fifty-year cover-up. After the war, the same banks, Credit Suisse, UBS, the Swiss National Bank, stonewalled Holocaust survivors and the heirs of murdered families. Jewish claims were denied on the basis of “insufficient paperwork”, as if the gas chambers issued receipts. The Swiss acted as though the Holocaust was a clerical error, not the defining moral catastrophe of the 20th century. Bower names names. He exposes the double-speak of Swiss diplomats, the cowardice of international bodies, and the cold indifference of Western governments, who let this theft go unchecked for decades, because challenging Swiss banking secrecy would disturb the postwar financial order. Silence bought with stolen Jewish blood. This book should be taught in every school that pretends to teach "Never Again." It shows that the Holocaust didn’t end in 1945. Its financial shadow loomed into the late 20th century and the world's elites let it happen. The victims were silenced. The bankers thrived. Verdict: Nazi Gold is a righteous howl against historical amnesia and moral cowardice. It reveals that evil doesn’t always wear a swastika, it sometimes wears a tailored suit and smiles politely behind a bank desk in Zurich. A must-read for anyone who still believes in justice.

The UK Labour Government Are Now a Kakistocracy
The word kakistocracy, rule by the worst, once sounded like hyperbole. Now, it is simply descriptive. Britain is no longer governed by statesmen, thinkers, or even competent bureaucrats. It is governed by clowns, cowards, and cultural vandals. With Labour back in power, the illusion of leadership has collapsed entirely. The inmates now run the asylum.
Book Review: Lies My Teacher Told Me: Everything Your American History Textbook Got Wrong - James W. Loewen
This book is not history. It's Marxist grievance theatre dressed up as scholarship. Loewen doesn’t just critique American textbooks, he seeks to dismantle the entire moral architecture of Western civilisation by attacking its heart: the United States. Loewen’s core argument is that American history textbooks lie by omission, by painting too rosy a picture of the nation’s past. But what he’s really doing is replacing nuance and pride with perpetual guilt. For Loewen, American history is not a story of struggle, triumph, innovation, and liberty. No, it's one long parade of colonialism, racism, imperialism, and capitalist oppression. This is not correction. It’s corrosion. Loewen writes as if teaching young Americans to honour their country is a moral crime. He wants children to despise their heritage. To look at George Washington and see a slaveowner before a statesman. To look at capitalism and see only exploitation, never opportunity. To look at America and see only shame. This is not education. It’s indoctrination. Every civilisation has blood on its hands. Every empire has scars. But only the West and only America, is expected to flog itself for eternity. Why? Because the Left needs guilt to sustain its revolution. It cannot build anything. It can only tear down. Loewen’s book is a hammer in that destruction, a cudgel to beat patriotism into submission. It masquerades as truth-telling, but it’s just another Marxist tract, swapping hammers and sickles for footnotes and bibliographies. To be clear: yes, history must be told truthfully. But truth is not the same as poison. Truth is also pride. Truth is George Washington’s courage. Truth is the abolition of slavery. Truth is the American soldier liberating Europe. Truth is not this endless cycle of grievance, where every historical figure is measured by modern standards and found wanting. This book isn’t about correcting history. It’s about rewriting it. And that’s the real lie your teacher told you: That people like Loewen are scholars. They're not. They're ideological saboteurs. Verdict: If you want to understand the Left’s war on Western identity, read this book. Then burn it. Not out of fear, but out of clarity. Know your enemy. Know their tactics. And never, ever, let them teach your children.

Book review: Chimpanzee politics by Frans De waal — Power Isn’t Civilised, It’s Primal
Frans de Waal’s Chimpanzee Politics is a must-read for any man who wants to understand the raw, primal nature of power. Ignore the soft liberal framing, what de Waal uncovers is a brutal truth: all politics is dominance politics. Whether in the jungle or in Parliament, it's the same ancient game.
De Waal, a primatologist observing a colony of chimpanzees in a Dutch zoo, didn’t write this book to coach modern men, but he might as well have. What he reveals is the ugly, strategic, and often violent reality behind leadership. Power is not handed to the most civilised or most moral. It’s seized through alliances, strength, intimidation, and cunning.
Sound familiar?
In this book, you'll meet chimps who manipulate, coerce, and form backroom alliances. You'll see coups. Betrayals. Displays of raw physical strength followed by strategic mercy. De Waal even documents male chimps showing fake empathy or playing the long game to rise through the hierarchy. It’s Machiavelli in the mud.
And here’s the kicker: this isn’t just a lesson about apes. It’s a mirror held up to humanity. Strip away the suits and speeches, and modern politics looks eerily similar. Bureaucrats are just chimps with spreadsheets. Activists are tantrum-throwing juveniles testing the alpha. And true leaders, real men, understand that strength must be backed by intelligence, and that dominance without control leads to downfall.
The lesson for the modern beast?
You don’t win by being nice. You win by being powerful, disciplined, and strategic. A man doesn’t whine about unfairness, he studies nature, masters himself, and asserts control over his domain. Chimpanzee Politics is the animal playbook of power. Read it. Study it. Then act like the alpha this soft world desperately needs.

Stop the Invasion - End the Incentives!
llegal Immigration Is an Economic Problem Masquerading as a Moral One Britain is not being overwhelmed by force of arms. It’s being invaded by force of economics and cowardice. The boats keep coming, the borders keep breaking, and the welfare state keeps bleeding. Why? Because we’ve incentivised invasion. Illegal immigration is not a failure of border patrols. It’s a failure of policy. We don’t have an immigration problem, we have an incentive problem. Change the incentives, change the behaviour. That’s Economics 101. But our spineless leaders can’t even grasp that. Stop All Benefits to Foreign Migrants, Now. What we reward, we get more of. And right now, Britain rewards foreign migrants, legal or illegal, with free housing, free healthcare, cash benefits, education, legal representation, and the perpetual promise of never being deported. All paid for by the British taxpayer. All promised under the false god of “compassion.” It’s not compassion. It’s betrayal. The welfare state was built to protect the British people, not subsidise global freeloaders. Yet we’ve turned it into a beacon, shining across Europe and beyond, saying: “Come here. You’ll be fed. You’ll be housed. You’ll be defended. And you’ll never have to work a day in your life.” That’s not a safety net. That’s a siren call. Economics Always Wins If the West is a golden goose, then the migrants are the foxes. And the farmers? They’re asleep at the wheel. Why wouldn't a young man from a poor country risk a dangerous sea crossing if it ends with a warm bed, three meals, a lawyer, and no threat of deportation? That’s not desperation, that’s rational choice. People respond to incentives. That’s what economics teaches us. So here’s the solution: No benefits. No housing. No legal aid. No free healthcare. No path to citizenship. No more open arms. Make illegal immigration economically pointless and logistically suicidal, and it will stop itself. The boats will dry up faster than you can say “Rwanda Plan.” Deport First, Hear Appeals Later We need to flip the system. Right now, we give the benefit of the doubt to the migrant, not the citizen. Every illegal is treated like a misunderstood saint. Every deportation is a “human rights crisis.” Enough. Reverse it. Deport first. Process appeals later, from abroad. That’s how Australia does it. That’s how Israel does it. That’s how any sane nation would do it. Britain First, Foreign Freeloaders Last The left will howl that this is cruel. But what’s cruel is letting native children live in poverty while foreign men jump the housing queue. What’s cruel is letting British pensioners freeze in their homes while we pay to heat hostels for economic migrants. What’s cruel is sacrificing national identity on the altar of globalist guilt. We are not the world's hotel. We are not the world’s babysitter. We are not the world’s charity. We are Britain. And we have the right to say: No more. Conclusion: Close the Taps Illegal immigration is not destiny. It is not fate. It is policy failure. If we stopped rewarding it, it would stop happening. This is not about race. This is not about hate. This is about survival. National survival. Economic survival. Cultural survival. Close the welfare taps. Close the legal loopholes. Close the borders. And watch the boats stop coming.
